Helena’s framework
1
We must “do” some things before we can “be” anything.
2
We tend to operate in one of two basic drivers :
To go towards significance (to win)
To avoid inadequacy (not to lose)
3
We have three fundamental needs that must be met to be happy, motivated and successful : Validation, Congruence and Growth.

“Do what you say, say what you do! By delivering masterclass on ‘3 Ways to Influence and Inspire People’ to the Act4Green cohort, Helena not only gave us good tips but her own persona lifted us and inspired us! One of the most memorable talks of the programme.”
- Sylvie Russell @ Cambridge Cleantech
“Helena’s sessions are incredibly useful - her ability to quickly understand not only my career dilemmas but also some personal difficulties was astonishing. She coaches in a way that helps you realise the solution rather than just giving it to you directly. I would highly recommend speaking to Helena for a vast range of coaching needs.”
- James Moorhouse @ Exane
